Active shooting investigation near Lansdowne Elementary
Lexington police said officers were dispatched around 2:30 a.m. Monday in response to a call of shots fired in the area of Ormond Circle, which is behind Lansdowne Elementary. Officers do not know of any injuries as a result of the shooting but said it is still an active scene, and that the investigation is ongoing.
